ACCENT SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS POLICIES

1. Any damaged, lost or stolen equipment is the full responsibility of the renter during rental period.
2. Any shortages or breakage must be reported to Accent immediately upon receipt. Renter agrees that counts on all equipment is correct as stated on rental contract, unless exceptions are specifically noted. Renter further agrees that all rentals are subject to a final count and inspection by an Accent employee.
3. Any equipment returned after the pick up date is subject to an additional charge for rental.
4. Renter agrees to a charge for any damaged or unreturned boxes and or packing containers. All items are to be returned in containers they were delivered in.
5. All equipment is charged for time out on rental, regardless of use or not. No refunds.
6. All equipment must be placed together and completely ready for pick up to avoid being charged a fee for delay.
7. Renter agrees to return all equipment, except linens, rinsed and dried or there will be an additional charge.
8. Renter agrees to return all linens dry and free from food and debris. Linens and skirts returned with stains, tears, rips, burns or candle wax will be billed to the renter at full replacement costs. Skirts must be returned folded and on hangers.
9. All additional deliveries or pickups calls required of us and caused by renter will be billed an additional trip charge.
10. A standard rental is any 3 day rental, inclusive of the day of delivery and pickup. Prices represent this 3 day rental. Extended rental is available for an additional charge.
11. Rental prices do not include set up or tear down with the exceptions of tents, dance floors, platforms and pipe & drape. Setup for other equipment is available at an additional charge.
